Use:
The present Machine is applicable to the rolling materials such as the various PE compound, paper-plastic compound, etc.

Complete Machine:
The imported PLC man-machine interface is used to control centrally;
Chinese and English on the screen of man-machine interface may shifted with each other;
All parameters are displayed on the man-machine interface, it can reset the speed of bag making, length of bag making, temperature, counting,
transmission of finished products, etc.
Unwinding:
Tracking by photoelectric eye, automatic correction, the automatic constant tension of unwinding is controlled by PLC.
Material Traction:lt uses the imported servo motor.
Up/down pressure sealing is driven by AC converter motor.
The temperature is regulated by PID with a regulation range of 10-3000C, the contact-less automatic control is centrally controlled by man-machine interface.
Scrap trimmed is collected automatically, discharging of finished products has the electrostatic elimination device.
Method of Bag Making:
Scheduled length or photoelectric track.
Method of Punching:
Multifunctional automatic punching can set the continuation, interval, cease, the punching time can be reset.
Feeding Redoubled:
It can set the feeding from one time to six times
Feeding by Batch:
The working station has function of feeding by batch, the numbers of feeding by batch can be reset.
